Delivery and return policy

Shipping policy

I ship orders within mainland France and, under specific conditions, internationally. Deliveries are handled by Colissimo (La Poste) within France, and by the appropriate international postal service once the package crosses the border (e.g., Deutsche Post, USPS, Parcel Force, Australia Post, etc.). Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number to follow the delivery.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact me first at yuwenceramics@gmail.com, specifying the item(s) you wish to return. I will then provide you with instructions for the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and as received. The customer assumes all risks associated with the return shipment. It is strongly recommended to use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

If the item is lost or damaged during the return process, I will not be able to issue a refund—you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. If you wish to receive a replacement item, a new order must be placed through the website.
