All orders placed through this website are subject to the general terms and conditions outlined below.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted, fully and irrevocably, these general conditions of sale.

2. PRODUCTS

Products sold on the site are described with one or more photos, a description, and a price in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Yuwen Ceramics makes every effort to accurately present and describe the essential features of each item. However, as color perception may vary from screen to screen, product images are non-contractual, and Yuwen Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any slight color differences. 3. ORDERS

Sales are considered final once payment has been received. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order. Yuwen Ceramics cannot be held liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. DELIVERIES

Once the order is confirmed, Yuwen Ceramics will dispatch the items within 7 working days. An estimated shipping timeline may be provided via email. Delivery times are indicative and delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation unless agreed upon in advance.

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left by the carrier, allowing the customer to collect the parcel from the nearest post office within 15 days.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. Any visible damage or anomaly must be reported immediately by refusing the parcel or noting a detailed complaint on the delivery slip. These issues must also be reported to Yuwen Ceramics within 48 hours. Yuwen Ceramics cannot be held liable for lost or unclaimed parcels.

5. PRODUCT DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY

In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the customer must notify Yuwen Ceramics within 48 hours of delivery by email at yuwenceramics@gmail.com. The complaint must include:

• Customer contact details

• Product reference(s)

• Detailed reason for the complaint

A return number will be issued, and the product must be returned within 14 working days in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, but the original shipping cost will be reimbursed.

Upon receipt and validation of the defect or error, the customer may choose:

• A replacement of the item (subject to stock availability). Yuwen Ceramics will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item, but the customer remains responsible for the return shipping of the original product.

• A full refund within 30 days of the validated complaint.

No claims will be accepted after this period. If no complaint is received, the product is deemed accepted and compliant.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 clear days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase and return the item(s) at their own expense.

Returned products must be in perfect, resalable condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are strongly advised to use a carrier offering parcel tracking and insurance. In case of loss or damage during return shipping, Yuwen Ceramics cannot issue a refund; the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier. Only the product price will be refunded; shipping and return costs remain the customer's responsibility.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product is unavailable, Yuwen Ceramics will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of the original payment.

8. PRICES

Prices are listed in euros and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise indicated. All prices include applicable taxes but are not subject to VAT (article 293B of the French Tax Code). The total amount payable is indicated in the order confirmation. Payment is made via secure online platforms, by bank transfer. Yuwen Ceramics reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer.

9. LIABILITY

Yuwen Ceramics cannot be held responsible for damages caused by misuse of products or exceptional external conditions. No liability is accepted for intangible or physical damages resulting from product misuse. Customer complaints are always welcomed with goodwill, and Yuwen Ceramics is committed to resolving disputes amicably whenever possible.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Yuwen Ceramics respects the confidentiality of personal data provided on the website, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (January 6, 1978).

Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data upon request. Personal information will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

11. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Yuwen Ceramics reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time.
